Richards Janitor Service Inc. provides contract cleaning services in the Edmonton and surrounding areas.

Proposed Cleaning Schedule

• Dust and wipe all accessible surfaces (i.e. furniture, desks, filing cabinets, countertops, etc.)
• Dust computer screens using duster only
• Dustmop and wash all resilient floors
• Dust doorframes & baseboards
• Clean all glass, chrome, and mirrors
• Wipe clean handset, dust only keypad (moisture sensitive)
• Spot clean doors, doorframes, walls, etc. of fingerprints as required
• Clean and polish door handles, kickplates, light switches, etc.
• Vacuum carpets
• Dust pictures, frames, wall ornaments
• Ensure all equipment is dusted (calculators & like items)
• Dust window ledges and radiator units
• Wipe clean picture frames and mirrors
• Vacuum all fabric seats and armrests of chairs
• Damp wipe vinyl and leather upholstered furniture
• Damp wipe waste baskets, if required
